Google has illegally broken into my Blogs over 100 times. Google has edited and illegally deleted some of my content. Additionally, X, Meta, and Google are still censoring many people, including me. Elon Musk never fixed any of the evil censorship that Jack Dorsey and his team built into the X software. We do not have online freedom of speech.
Now we learn the truth, that Dr. Tony Fauci has lied to the USA citizens.

Unreleased internal memos
from the FTC dating from the Obama years suggest the agency dismissed
substantial evidence that Google was attaining monopoly power, at a time
when the company’s rise to dominance could have been stopped. The decision came at a time when former Google employees were deeply embedded within the Obama White House.
The memos, obtained by Politico, show that FTC commissioners took the unusual step of rejecting recommendations from investigators to sue Google over its monopoly power.
One former FTC chairman called the decision not to take action “breathtaking.”
The unreleased memos show that the FTC had evidence in its possession showing that Google was paying smartphone carriers, as well as a 2005 contract between Google and Apple with the former paying the latter half the revenue it received from ads in exchange for being the default search engine on Apple devices.
Google is now the dominant search engine on smartphones, with over 93 percent of the U.S. smartphone market captured. Its closest competitor, DuckDuckGo, occupies just over 2.5 percent of the market, while Yahoo and Microsoft occupy less than 2 percent each.
As Politico reports, the decision by the FTC to ignore the recommendations of its attorneys was highly unusual:
In most cases, commissioners of both parties follow the advice of the FTC attorneys, widely seen as experts in the cases they investigate, said Kovacic, who spent seven years as an FTC staffer before he became a commissioner and later chair under President George W. Bush.
The Google probe was different. In this case, the commissioners followed the recommendations of their staff economists, who argued that the mobile market for search was too small to pose an antitrust issue.
The decision not to prosecute came at a time when Google was deepening its ties to the Obama administration. Under Obama, over 250 individuals moved from Google to the White House or vice-versa, according to a 2016 investigation by the Intercept, then edited by Glenn Greenwald.
Not counting informal meetings, there was, on average, more than one meeting a week between Google staff and Obama administration staff from the beginning of his presidency to August 2016.

WASHINGTON – Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) on Wednesday sent a letter to the CEOs of Google, Apple, and Amazon questioning a series of actions their companies took against Parler.
The letter reads in part:
“As detailed in the timeline below, the timing of steps taken against the Parler social network by your companies and that the actions seem to lack any of the procedural fairness typically afforded in the case of an alleged breach of contract create the appearance of close coordination.
According to public sources:
In just three days, Apple and Google effectively cut off Parler’s primary distribution channel, and Amazon cut off Parler’s access to critical computing services, leaving the company completely unable to serve its 15 million users. These actions were against a company that is not alleged to have violated any law. In fact, information provided by Parler to the House Oversight Committee revealed that Parler was assisting law enforcement even in advance of January 6th.”

The claim that Parler represents some unique risk to public safety is a lie.
DOJ Charging Documents show that Facebook, not Parler was the most used social media platform used by Capitol Hill Rioters.

Parler co-founder John Matze has sued the social media platform over his firing earlier this year.
Matze filed suit on Monday in a Nevada state court, according to a copy of the complaint published by The Las Vegas Sun.
Good news, Parler is stable and reliable on the Windows PC devices, unfortunately Parler is still working on a few problems for phone devices and the moderation AI software still needs more improvements.
Soon Parler should be ready to allow new users to sign up.

I know the Parler team is working hard to fix some of the bugs (defects) in Parler. The site is working, yet it can be frustrating to use, because the site becomes overloaded with traffic and runs slowly.
It seems to me that Parler is also having problems with the AI software and some posts are incorrectly being censored.
I hope Parler holds off on letting new users sign up until after the Parler free speech platform is more stable, running faster, and not deleting posts in error.
If new users came in now they would be frustrated and not happy.

In an effort to keep Big Tech out of Florida’s political affairs, stop unfair censorship, and protect people's privacy, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis proposed a number of new laws including a $100,000 daily fine
for companies that deplatform political candidates. Additionally,
actions taken by companies to effectively promote a candidate will be
considered campaign contributions.
So when Google, Facebook and Twitter conspire together to promote and amplify a Marxist Democratic candidate, this will soon be illegal in Florida. Hopefully many more USA states will enact similar laws in order to regulate Big Tech. This new law would also include the software algorithms that promote or demote a political candidate of any party. Governor DeSantis considers this new law just one step of many that may be needed to regulate Big Tech and protect online freedom of speech for Floridians.
I hope Ron DeSantis runs for President in 2024, I would vote for him.
