I own a Tesla and I think that Tesla has the worst customer service of any car company. In general it is a good car, however if you have a service problem, you get horrible customer service. I need to have my defective interior camara replaced.
I just get a run around, and brought my car in and they did not replace the camera, Tesla FAILED. Then I asked to speak to a manager, and he said "he was too busy to talk to me".
I am still trying to get the defective camera replaced. This is why I will not buy another Tesla.
