1.
Emergency assistance for homeless clients

Showers, laundry,
mail access, messages- Shower and
laundry by appointment only 9:00 – 3:30 Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday.

Dinner meal served
daily at houses of faith throughout the Conejo Valley.
·
Winter Shelter nightly
from Dec 1 – March 31 at houses of faith
throughout the Conejo Valley.
·
Lunches-daily and
Food distribution-special items for the homeless population.
·
Case Management
through H2H program to identify
housing and resources and assist in resolving barriers to housing.
·
Medical/Dental/Vision
and Prescription care.
·
Housing Referral
through a collaboration with local housing service provider.
·
Hair Cuts- By
appointment only.
·
Homeless Court- LSS
provides community service opportunities for clients to meet their required
hours to work off ticket fees.
·
Linkage to other
resources in the community.
2. Emergency
assistance for low to very low income clients- 4 days week by appointment only.

Rental assistance
and utility assistance
·
Medical/Dental/Vision
and Prescription financial assistance.
·
Emergency financial
assistance for expenses that threaten their ability to pay rent/mortgage.
·
Housing Referral
through a collaboration with housing service provider in the area.
·
Linkage to other
resources in the community.
·
Transportation
Assistance – Bus tokens, Gas vouchers, Car repair.
·
Case Management to
increase positive long-term outcomes
·
Emergency food bags
3. Port Hueneme
Transitional Living Program- 4 units
Short Term- (up to 6
months) case managed housing.
Serving all Ventura
county-families and/or individuals.
4.
Circles USA- Provides weekly meetings for low income/at risk homeless
families which allows families to problem solve and create more stability
through peer support and mentor guidance.
5. Clothing
Distribution- LSS provides clients
vouchers to clothing pantry in Thousand Oaks.
